1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

2. Customization Studio & Personalization

We offer personalized items (e.g., custom names and numbers). By opting for our Terrace Customization Studio (+₦5,000 fee), you agree to the following:

• Customer Input Liability: You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of the text you input. We print exactly what is submitted. We will not offer refunds, exchanges, or free replacements for typographical errors, misspellings, or incorrect numbers submitted by the customer.
• Final Sale: All customized and personalized items are strictly final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless the garment itself arrives physically defective or damaged.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In compliance with the FCCPA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Standard Items: Unworn, unwashed standard items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
• Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elitefits.com with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch orders promptly. However, delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Elitefits is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Billing & Payments

All payments are processed securely in Nigerian Naira (₦) via Paystack. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. If a payment is flagged as fraudulent by Paystack or your bank, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Elitefits and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
